Kokoro Meditation or the making of the Stone
The cosmos is, beneath it and around it is the storm that is reality. Here is the mind-body continuum and the power-image continuum in equal measure; these in equal parts are the elements of reality.
Mind is logic, screen for thought. Body is the tool for interaction on the stage of the world. Power is the result of tension between thought and result.
Image is thought in some way expressed into the storm of existence. Mind and image are two forms of the passive energy. Body and power are the two forms of the active energy.
These are the hemispheres of the sphere that the spirit sees as its world. Mind is the passive element of the known as body is the active element. Power is the active form of the unknown as image is the passive form of it.
Sound and motion find expression along many lines as both are arrangements of the two cosmic elements that are energy and matter. All that is beyond the cosmos is the spirit that is a universe within the multiverse of the ever changing cosmos. To hear one’s own heart is to hear the heart of all things.
The universe is a bubble, one of many in the ocean of time and each universe of self is a bubble within one of the bubbles. Time is its own unity, past and present are created as the mind perceives motion, and the perceived distance between events is a rational for the mind, when in fact only the present actually exists. The bubbles interact creating possible outcomes or futures, if one or more bubbles join that is the future which becomes the present.
In the eclipse of the light of reason and the enflaming of the spirit, the body is made the puppet of the will. See the image a black sun being eclipsed by a red moon, a violet moon eclipses a silver star. In the midst of symbols and meaning the gold flame of the dragon rises to consume the world outside the universe of the Self. Here is the Dark Doctrine, the path of the eclipse. The heart of all things is the seed and echo of the heart of each within the void that is the all.
In the darkening that is the flash of enlightenment the work of the alchemist is that which completes the alchemist himself.
